This routine isn't just miraculously effective, it also doesn't empty your bank account or damages the skin. I should probably not share this for free but I am not good at keeping secrets. So here is what I do when my chin is a minefield:
1. Kefir
2. 15 mg zinc 2x daily with meals
3. Oil cleansing at pm
4. Cupping
5. Bentonite or zeolite clay mask
6. Colloidal silver solution as toner
7. Hydrate with nappy rash cream

I supplement with zinc periodically to restore deficiencies until acne has cleared.
Oil cleansing is the most thorough cleanse from make-up, excess skin oils and city dirt. It also keeps the barrier strong to avoid further breakouts. Simple coconut oil from the kitchen is enough.
